How we ship your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 days after receipt of payment, if the product is in stock. They are sent by post with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Relais Colis (for France) or Collissimo. Several choices according to the weight of the package and its destination will be offered to the buyer during the validation of the order. However, if you would like a delivery against signature please contact us for additional fees.
Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online. We accept returns for products that fall into the category "Supplies" if they are not changed, as well as on the category "Jewelry" also if they have not been customized. Please read the terms and conditions here for more information on delivery and returns.
The delivery is offered in France from 80 € of purchase and will be proposed to you automatically during the validation of your order.
Digital articles are not physical products and therefore will never be shipped by post, but always offered as a download so no return is possible on digital items. If you have any questions contact us.
As well as digital items personalized items can not be exchanged, because of their personal nature it would be impossible for us to put them on sale.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package and the place of delivery. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges will be apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
